Online Application Now Available For 2-3 BR Robinson Estates Homes and 2 BR Units in ERLH III

We are now accepting rental applications for our 2-bedroom apartments at Ethel R. Lawrence Homes III as well as our 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom single-family homes at Robinson Estates. Applications are available by clicking here.

We are accepting applications for our 2-bedroom townhome apartments at Ethel R. Lawrence Homes III.

• You must make between $30,480 to $43,700 (for up to four people in your family). The 2018 rental limit for a 2-bedroom unit at ERLH III is $983.

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOUR INCOME FALLS BELOW OR ABOVE THESE INCOME LEVELS. The waiting list for our 1-BR and 3-BR apartments at ERLH III remains closed. We will return your application if you do not meet the above income levels for a 2-BR townhome apartment. Detailed information about income limits for this property is on page 2 of this document.

We are also accepting applications for our 2-bedroom to 3-bedroom single family rental homes at Robinson Estates.

• For a 2-bedroom single family home, you must make between $36,891 to $52,440 (for up to FOUR people in your family). The 2018 rental limit for a 2-bedroom unit at Robinson Estates is $1,180.

• For a 3-bedroom single family home, you must make between $43,337 to $60,840 (for up to SIX people in your family). The 2018 rental limit for a 3-bedroom unit at Robinson Estates is $1,363.
