Wellness Program Receives Praise at Leading Age Conference in Nashville

Robyn Stone, Executive Director, LeadingAge Center for Applied Research, praised FSNGII’s wellness program during a recent speech at the LeadingAge annual meeting and expo in Nashville. A special shout out goes to Zaida Martinez, our community health worker, who was singled out for praise! Leading Age will soon be publishing a case study of our program, which received an Innovations Fund Award from the organization in 2013.
